Contemporary Icons
There are icons that means a lot to us in our life, icons that reminds us with our childhood, icons that holding values and beliefs and means a lot to us. i will choose three icons that means a lot to me, and that influence my life.
The first icon i have choose is Mel Gibson. Mel Gibson is an actor, director, and producer. He born in January 3, 1956 in Peekskill New York, and he is well known to most of us from his Movies which inspired us as we were young. i have choose Mel Gibson because i really like his movies, and i think that every time he introduce a movie, he tries to tell us something through it, and you can observe this from the way he act, and the stories he ac. To me, when i know that the movie i am going to watch is for Mel Gibson, directly i knew that it is a perfect movie, and i know that i will enjoy it. Mel Gibson and his movies means a lot to me, because he also reminds me with my favourite Egyptian actor who i consider him as my godfather.
The second icon that i have choose is the Disney Land. Disney Land first opened in July 17, 1955 in Orlando, FL by its owner Walt Disney. Millions are visiting the Disney Land per year, and i was one of them, and while reading this, you might remember your vacation in the Disney Land as a young Child with your parents and family, or as a youth with your friends. When i hear the name Disney Land, i remember my best vacation ever with my parents, so every time i watch Micky Mouse or anything that related to Disney Land, i feel that i am with my parents, i feel also that i am still young and didn't growing up. Hearing about the Disney Land took me years back to my best days, and i think it does the same with most of you.
The third icon i have choose is the Apple Inc. Apple was founded in April 1, 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniac, and Ronald Wayne, and you can consider it now as the second largest technology company in electronics after Samsung. Trust does not come from a vacuum, so if you see all the people are agreed with a product, so you know that it is the best, and i think that Apple Inc has proved its position between the other products because of its successive versions of the iPhones, ipads and others. I think that when you see this logo, you feel the trust, and feel that you will always still expect the more from this company, and i think that they will never stop giving what we can not imagine in our minds.
